Which disease cause 100% death?

I am told that pancreatic cancer causes horrible pain. (I think people can be “eased” out of the situation with adequate doses or morphine—which will shorten the whole situation.)

But rabies is pretty hideous.

So is meningitis.

Smallpox.

Plague.

Tertiary syphilis.

Cholera is no picnic.

Emphysema.

(ETA: Ebola.)
